Questions
What counts as a page?
Each page of a PDF and each photo is one page; a 3-page invoice uses 3 pages. An e-invoice XML counts as one page, even inside a multi-page PDF. Files that fail to process don't count.
What if I run out?
Buy a page pack, or upgrade. Packs are one-time, used only after your monthly pages run out, and valid for 12 months. Without either, uploads pause until next month; nothing you've already processed is affected.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Change your plan or billing cycle from Plan & billing in the dashboard whenever you like. Paddle charges or credits the difference for the rest of the period.
Do prices include VAT?
Checkout is handled by Paddle, our reseller, which adds any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Sign in with Google and you get the Free plan, 50 pages a month, with no card and no time limit.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Plan & billing whenever you like; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Paying yearly gives you two months free.
