Process invoices in bulk

Updated

Month-end often means a folder of 200 supplier invoices. AlFasil is built for that: drop the whole folder (or a ZIP of it) and get one spreadsheet back.

How bulk upload works

  • Select many files at once or drop a ZIP; AlFasil unpacks ZIPs in your browser.
  • Files upload three at a time with progress for each.
  • Processing runs in the background — you can close the tab and come back.
  • The documents list shows what’s ready, what needs a look, and what failed, with filters for each.

Review only what needs it

In a typical batch most invoices pass every check. Filter by To check to see only documents with highlighted fields, fix them, and approve. Then select everything and export once.

Duplicates across a batch

Suppliers resend invoices, and the same PDF ends up in two folders. AlFasil flags the same file uploaded twice and the same invoice (same supplier, number and total) arriving as a different file.

Keeping track

After you download an export, mark the documents as exported. Next month, filter by Not exported to get only what’s new.

Try it on one of your invoices

No account needed. The original is deleted right after processing.

Questions

Is there a limit per upload?

No limit on the number of files; each file must be within your plan's size limit (10–25 MB) and your monthly pages.

What counts as a page?
